Refunds are processed solely for defective products, incorrect items received, or orders cancelled prior to dispatch.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following categories are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, except where legally mandated (e.g., defective items):
- Panties and briefs
- Bodysuits
- Shapewear
- Lingerie bottoms
- Any product that directly contacts intimate areas
Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable”
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for attempted returns of non-refundable categories.
3. Refunds for Defective or Incorrect

Refunds may be issued as store credit, redeemable on any future purchase. Store credit:

- Is non-transferable

If paid via a digital gateway, refunds may be processed through the same payment method.
Processing times vary based on the payment provider.
Cash
on Delivery (COD) orders are only eligible for store credit, unless otherwise approved at our discretion.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
For approved defective/incorrect product returns:
Blyncc will cover or reimburse the return shipping cost, OR
We may arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where available).
For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. Conditions for Refund Denial

- The issue reported is not supported by evidence
- The product shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage not caused during shipment
- The claim is submitted after the 48-hour reporting window
- Items fall under the non-refundable categories

Once a claim is approved:
Refunds or store credit will be issued within 5–10 business days
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary and are outside our control
9. Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Fraudulent
Refund Claims
Blyncc maintains the right to reject or investigate any claim that appears:
Inconsistent
- Fraudulent
- Repetitive
- Unsupported
- Abusive to the refund system
Accounts associated with fraudulent activities may be suspended or permanently banned.
