Once your order is confirmed, Blyncc will process and dispatch it within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Cost

We ship nationwide across Pakistan using reputable couriers. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Import & Duties

Physical Address Requirement

In accordance with Pakistan’s e‑Commerce Policy, Blyncc operates a registered business entity with a physical address in Pakistan, thereby ensuring local accountability and regulatory compliance.

Returns & Refunds

Right to Return

If your order is damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, you may request a return within 14 calendar
days of delivery. All returns must be approved by our Customer Support team before shipment.

Condition of Returned Goods
To qualify for return, items must be unworn (except for try-on), unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. Wereserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Cost of Return

  • For defective or damaged items: Blyncc will bear the cost of return shipping.
  • For change-of-mind returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt.

Non‑Refundable Items

Certain items (such as final sale or intimate items, if hygiene packaging has been opened) may be non-refundable. These restrictions will be clearly noted in the product description at the time of purchase.
