RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We want you to love every Blyncc purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it easy to return or exchange

1. Right to Return or Exchange

1.1. Customers of Blyncc have the right to request a return or an exchange if the goods delivered are defective, damaged, or materially not as described1.2. All such requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

2. Condition of Items for Return / Exchange

2.1. Items eligible for return or exchange must be in their original state: unworn (except for try-on), unwashed, and with all hygiene seals, tags, and original packaging intact.

2.2. Blyncc reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item is returned in a condition that deviates from the above requirements.

3. Return / Exchange Authorization

3.1. Returns or exchange requests must be approved in advance by Blyncc’s Customer Support. The customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before dispatching the item back to Blyncc.

3.2. Any items returned without an RA number may be refused or returned to the customer at their cost.

4. Cost of Return Shipping

4.1. If the returned item is defective or damaged, or was shipped incorrectly, Blyncc will bear the cost of the return shipment.

4.2. If the customer is returning the item due to a change of mind, the customer shall bear the cost of shipping the item back to Blyncc.

5. Exchange Processing

5.1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, Blyncc will process the exchange. The replacement item will be dispatched within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.

5.2. If the requested replacement item is not in stock, Blyncc will notify the customer and offer an alternative.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. Upon successful inspection and approval of the returned item, Blyncc shall refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.

6.2. Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

6.3. Refunds may exclude any non-refundable shipping fees if those were borne by the customer at the time of purchase.

7. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

7.1. For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as intimate lingerie) may not be eligible for return or exchange if their hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.

7.2. Any item categorized as “final sale” or “non-returnable” will be clearly marked as such in the product description at the time of purchase.

8. Customer Responsibilities

8.1. Customers must ensure that the item is securely packaged for return to prevent any damage in transit.

8.2. Customers are responsible for retaining proof of shipment (e.g., courier tracking number) for their return until the process is complete.

9. Compliance with Applicable Law

9.1. Blyncc adheres to consumer protection laws applicable in Pakistan, including, but not limited to, provincial consumer protection legislation. For example, under the Punjab Consumer Protection Act, 2005, a seller’s return and refund policy must be clearly disclosed to the buyer before the completion of the transaction. Punjab Laws

9.2. In line with the Pakistan National E Commerce Policy, Blyncc ensures transparent disclosure of its return, refund, and exchange procedures, and maintains an accessible redress mechanism for consumer complaints. Commerce+1

9.3. Blyncc supports consumers’ rights to redress. Should a dispute arise that cannot be resolved amicably, customers may escalate their complaint to a provincial consumer court or an alternate dispute resolution body. thedssr.com+1

10. Policy Modifications

10.1. Blyncc reserves the right to revise or update this Returns & Exchange Policy at any time.

10.2. Any changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately following such publication.
